路面病害防治宣講,助力農(nóng)村公路保護

為進一步加強村民的道路保護意識,長安大學赴陜西臨潼“以技致路,鄉(xiāng)見未來”三下鄉(xiāng)社會實踐團趕赴北百板村開展道路維護宣傳講座,推動鄉(xiāng)村文明建設,助力鄉(xiāng)村振興。
村民走訪:團隊成員對村民進行走訪調研,記錄村民對公路的使用體驗、日常的生活習慣,以及公路的非法占用情況,分析公路病害成因,并邀請村民參加宣傳講座。

成因分析:經(jīng)過村民走訪以及相關調研,北百坂村公路病害主要來源于三方面,一是道路排水能力弱,村民將污水排至路上,侵蝕路面;二是高荷載貨車對路基、路面造成極大壓力;三是道路兩側破損滑坡后,部分村民侵占道路作為農(nóng)田。

組織宣講:實踐團組織村民開展線下宣講,通過放映宣傳片、現(xiàn)場提問、解答村民疑問等方式向村民傳播道路養(yǎng)護知識,當講到為什么農(nóng)村道路會頻繁破損時,村民反響強烈。

普法教育:非法占用村道是違法行為,不僅降低了道路的通行效率,更存在著極大的安全隱患。實踐團向村民普及了相關法律條例,結合典型案例,使村民牢記于心。

實踐團成員張洪瑞說道:“農(nóng)村公路不僅需要良好的施工工藝和行之有效的管理手段,更需要每個村民樹立起保護公路的意識,推動農(nóng)村公路的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。”
